Evolveon was founded by Scott Conn in 2026 to address the growing desire of Federal, State, County, and local government agencies to transform their often bloated and complex business processes into practices more representative of the private sector. This is to ensure their residents' needs are addressed in a more efficient and expedient manner than is currently the case.
Over the last 10 years, Scott has been a Chief Information Officer for 3 different cities where he has put his 40+ years of C-level private sector, Executive Consulting, and Local government Information Technology experience to work. Scott’s government IT teams have won multiple awards including several Top Ten Digital City Awards, Technical Excellence Awards for Best Practices, Top 20 Innovation Awards, Best Visual Awards, and Top 100 IT Team Awards. Scott is currently recognized as a Top 50 IT Executive in the USA by OnConferences and has been featured for his leadership and innovative business process improvements in many magazines and online publications including Government Technology, CIO Magazine, Sustainability Magazine, and CToday Magazine.
